THE PLAYING TO STRENGTHS IN TEAMS PROGRAM
We help teams discover, apply and develop their strengths in three steps.
The first step is for each team member to complete a 20 minute online strengths assessment. We recommend Strengths Profile because it not only reveals the strengths you’re using, but also highlights untapped strengths that can release even more of your potential.
The next step is a one-hour individual coaching session with a coach certified in Strengths Profile. During this session you’ll discover which strengths to dial up, which ones to dial down, and also consider how you can combine strengths to overcome challenges and meet workplace goals.
Finally we’ll all get together for a half-day team workshop. Prior to this event, we’ll work with your organisation to determine what would make this especially successful from your perspective. These events aren’t only fun, they’re a great opportunity to embed strengths, share them with each other and consider how you can collaborate even more effectively to meet challenges and achieve team goals.
