What I do:
I support my clients to:
evaluate their organisation’s effectiveness,
analyse and clarify my understanding with the client;
define what a better future looks like and ‘it’s’ measures;
create a rational step-by-step plan for achieving ‘it’;
finally carefully manage and execute the implementation of the plan.
I draw on my qualifications, skills, and experience and use the most relevant aspects to create tailored plans to challenge and guide my clients to reach their potential.
My approach is founded on experiential learning, creating trusting and enduring relationships with my clients.
Why I do it:
We all need a different perspective sometimes, particularly external to the organisation, to get an objective view of what’s happening, to help us move in the right direction, refocus, change and become “unstuck”.
I’m here to give my clients the benefit of my experience and professional insights into the knowledge we have more choices available than we realise and we can get through issues and grow bypass our fears real or imagined and grow.
I “do it” to bring my clients the support I never had when building a successful business, and wish I had received, particularly when my industry transitioned through a major technology change, the business was booming and yet we had to face the realisation that it would soon be obsolete. I would have liked to have the support of someone who could have objectively helped me work through what was right for the business and for myself.
How I do it:
For each client, I develop a tailored plan to improve organisational effectiveness, build their capacity to respond to uncertainty, and have the confidence to push individual and organisational boundaries, to create a high trust environment, a space for diversity of thought and let innovation evolve.
No matter what forum, clients participate in, we develop a pragmatic action plan that can be executed in their work and personal environments.
Having built a successful business I realsie what it takes and treat all my client’s businesses as if they were my own. I provide you with challenging and the most rewarding and beneficial experiences to make the most of your time, money, and experience.
My goal is to help you create a new level of functioning and in doing so transfer skills and implement systems that are self sustaining, leaving you to get on with doing what you do best.
