Successful leaders are skilled in managing their minds, communicating with others, and creating workplace cultures that bring out the best in everyone. We’ve developed four highly interactive live online training modules to help you transform each aspect of your leadership effectiveness. They’re fun and personally challenging, because that’s how we learn best.
Each module comprises four two-hour workshops, one a week for four weeks. Attend just one training or all four.
The trainings build on each other to reinforce and deepen learning. We recommend attending them in the order shown above, at a pace that works for you.
MODULE 1 - WELLBEING AT WORK
Wellbeing doesn’t just feel good. It changes our minds and bodies for the better.
It also has positive impact on our:

problem-solving
and our interactions with colleagues and clients
Over the course of four weeks you’ll learn and practice simple strategies to develop a realistic positivity and a possibility mindset. You’ll feel good and enjoy working more effectively.
MODULE 2 - EMOTIONAL AGILITY
Life and work will be challenging at times.
Overcoming obstacles elegantly requires emotional agility.
Emotional agility is a set of skills to meet challenges well by:
reducing reactivity
dialling down defensiveness
reinforcing resilience
promoting proactivity
and maximising meaning and purpose.
Learn and practice simple strategies to develop your emotional agility - you’ll meet challenges at work and home with greater poise and success.
MODULE 3 - HIGH QUALITY CONVERSATIONS
The quality of our work is determined by the quality of our conversations. Communicating skillfully develops rapport, instils trust and helps others do their best work.
In this course you’ll learn how to:
listen to gain clarity and build rapport & understanding
ask for what you need more effectively
give positive and constructive feedback
coach others to build confidence & accountability.
Learn and practice conversational skills to live and work more effectively and help others to do their best work as they develop in their roles.
MODULE 4 - HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS
High performance emerges in workplace cultures that support people to do their best work together.
In this course you’ll learn:
ten reasons most teams fail to live up to their potential
ten ways to boost performance
how to leverage team strengths to maximise team effectiveness
how to develop emotional agility in teams to catalyse excellence, respect and collaboration.
You’ll leave this training with an understanding of how to develop high performance workplaces and a plan for putting it into action.
