ABOUT US
Simone van der Kallen
Director
Simone is a passionate believer that life should be rewarding, connected and fun. Furthermore, that our best life is right now, a state of contentment that we should not keep putting off. Simone’s lifelong purpose is to authentically connect people to make their lives and businesses better.
A highly experienced executive, with a proven track record of improving business outcomes by enhancing engagement, performance, and culture. Able to rapidly influence stakeholders, provide expert advice, deal with ambiguity, develop and implement solutions that align and optimise opportunities for growth by both individual leaders and teams, whilst improving organisational culture and effectiveness.
We all need a different perspective sometimes, occasionally to help us move in the right direction, recharge, upskill, change and become ‘unstuck’. Simone is driven to bring her clients the support she never had, and wish she had received when building a successful business and transitioning through a major technology change. Now she helps others through their own challenging transitions.
Simone holds multiple post graduate qualifications in applied social science, human behaviour change, and training. Clients find her work especially impactful because it combines empathy, a pragmatic application of solutions, and considerable experience in helping individuals and teams to be their best in professional and personal life.
Simone has over 20 years’ experience in successfully delivering programs for a range of private, public, government, and not-for-profit organisations in the health, medical, agriculture, professional services, social services, insurance, construction, and manufacturing industries. Working with organisations including Market Check, Nexia, NAB, NSW Health, Device Technologies, CGU, NSW Rural Doctors Network, and Nova For Women and Children.
Simone works within the Ethical Codes of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and the International Coach Federation.

Eric Winters
Facilitator
Eric believes an awesome life depends on our ability to meet life’s challenges well. The challenges we didn’t ask for, such as pandemics, job losses, heartbreaks, and the one’s we did, such as professional growth, rewarding relationships and learning new skills.
As human beings, we all inadvertently hold ourselves back sometimes from being our best in professional and personal life. Eric’s expertise lays in helping leaders and their teams build skills and apply proven strategies to manage their minds so they can meet their own challenges more effectively, to enjoy professional lives of greater success, connection and personal meaning.
He does this through highly engaging workshops, talks and trainings that develop well-being, resilience and emotional agility, whilst also building skills to manage others skilfully. He delights in making the complex simple and practical. This is well demonstrated in his acclaimed book, Swipe Right on Your Best Self: simple steps to a bolder life with fewer regrets.
Eric’s know-how is a result of over 20 years of international corporate life, two masters degrees in human behaviour change, and over 12 years delivering leadership workshops. He's worked with a wide variety of amazing organisations such as Ochre Health, Accenture, BMW China, The Papua New Guinea Public Service Commission, The Australian Public Service Commission and SDN Children's Services.
Originally from England, Eric upped sticks to live and work in Edinburgh, Munich and Abu Dhabi, before moving to Sydney just in time for the Millennium fireworks show (and the Millennium bug no-show!). When he’s not working you may catch him hiking through National Parks, cycling or mending punctures by the side of the road!
He’s a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science and the International Society of Coaching Psychology.
