Description
Emotional intelligence accounts for nearly 90% of what sets high performers apart from peers with similar technical skills and knowledge.
Low emotional intelligence leaves leaders vulnerable to reactivity, defensiveness, and avoidance of difficult decisions. It undermines agility, relationships and performance. In contrast, those with greater emotional intelligence are skilled at responding with measure and consideration. This enables leadership that is more intentional, conscious, and values-aligned. The result is choosing the right response and executing with agility, providing the right outcome and trust in the leadership.
This program is based on evidence-based training in psychological flexibility, also known as emotional agility, a capability proven
to improve professional effectiveness and wellbeing.
