Coaching Conversations

A solution-focused approach to developing accountability, development and superior performance

They use conversational skills to build an empowering workplace culture in which people are enabled to do their best work with all stakeholders.

  • manage conflict with difficult personalities

  • disagree constructively to co-develop better outcomes

  • coach others to build confidence, solve problems and take ownership
